(One question: When you "cut out" a person which tool do you use?)

I just use the Free Select/lasso tool actually to get rid of the bulk of the background, and then zoom in a lot and use a tiny eraser brush to get rid of the finer details closer to the person. Hope that helps!

Thank you very much :) I've tried this too, but I guess I use the wrong eraser adjustment. The picture feels a bit "rough"/jagged at the edges. I'm not sure if I make myself clear :(
